Spring Photography

Take a picture capturing the ‘Essence of Spring’ in 2025.  Entries by 24th March.  Include one sentence as a title or caption. Winners will be announced at the Spring Show.

Potato in a Bucket 

Potatoes will be available at the Ploughman’s Lunch, or afterwards.

• Grow your spud in a builder’s bucket with holes (max 14L).
• By 6th July, e-mail or text the weight along with one photo of the potato growing in its bucket, and one photo of the crop on the scales.
• The winner will be announced at the Summer Show.

Who can grow the prettiest flowering plant?

Collect your plug plant from the Spring Show and grow it on. Bring it to the Summer Show. Public Vote.
